A low pressure system lies over the northern Tasman Sea and is pushing low cloud
onto the New South Wales coast .

A cold front near Adelaide has a large cloud band stretching south over
Tasmania. An extensive area of cold air can be seen west of the front, depicted
by cellular clouds.

Onshore winds are resulting in patchy low cloud along the tropical Queensland
coast and also over the southern parts of Western Australia and South Australia.

The remainder of the continent is mostly clear under a ridge of high pressure.
