A low pressure system over the Southern Ocean has a large area of influence
wrapping a cloud band over the Great Australian Bight and South Australia with
another widespread cloud band with patchy rain and showers sweeping over NSW,
Victoria and Tasmania. Low cloud over western and southern coastal parts of WA
continues as the low pressure system drives a general onshore flow over the
region.

The rest of the country remains relatively cloud-free, which just some onshore
cloud spilling onto the Cape York Peninsula and remaining far north Queensland's
east coast.
