IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for the 0000UTC Chart on 27 June 2016 Issued at 11:00 am EST Monday on 27 June 2016 A cloud band is streaming over southern Queensland, NSW and eastern Victoria. This is associated with a broad upper level trough and jet stream. Thunderstorm activity is visible in this cloud off the NSW coast. A weakening cold front has progressed through Victoria and Tasmania overnight and moved into the Tasman Sea. Some patchy low cloud remains in its wake. A little low level cloud is evident about the far southwest of Western Australia while a ridge of high pressure is keeping skies clear through the interior.
