Showers continue along the Queensland coast due to fresh southeasterly winds.
The shower activity is more enhanced along the tropical coast and central coast.
Further south, a weak low off the NSW coast and is triggering isolated showers
and storms in its vicinity.

A ridge of high pressure extends through the interior resulting in mostly clear
conditions although high level cloud is drifting across central parts of South
Australia. A cold front is tracking to the south of Western Australia with high
level cloud streaming ahead over southern Tasmania.
