A deep layer of cloud is present in the vicinity of a trough that extends from
the Northern Territory, through central Queensland and into central New South
Wales.

A trough extends north from a low near the southern coastline of Western
Australia to the Pilbara district of Western Australia. Mid to high level cloud
is present along and to the west of this trough.

Low level cloud is present over western Tasmania and along the coastlines of
Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland due to onshore flow.

The rest of the country is mostly cloud free.
