Patchy middle level cloud is over the northern tropics with isolated
thunderstorm activity.

A band of middle level cloud lies over southern WA, southern SA and the northern
Bight. This is due to an upper air disturbance.

Areas of clouds are affecting parts of Vic and Tas, and NSW from an onshore
airstream with isolated thunderstorms to coastal and adjucent areas of NSW, as
well as odd thunderstorms to the east coast of Qld.
