A cold front is approaching the west coast of Tasmania with patchy cloud
streaming ahead of the front across the Tasman Sea. A broad surface trough
extends from the Pilbara through central Australia to the eastern interior.
Areas of cloud are visible with this feature through inland Western Australia,
central Australia and South Australia.

Middle and high level cloud is streaming from Esperance to south of the Bight.
This is associated with an upper trough. Mosit onshore winds are resulting in
low cloud through southern parts of Victoria and about the east coast and
ranges.

The north of the country is mostly clear.
