Active thunderstorm activity continues over the Tropical north of the country. A
trough of low pressure extends from central Queensland through to the northern
NSW. Another low pressure trough is triggering isolated thunderstorms near the
southeast Queensland and northeastern NSW.

Areas of active isolated thunderstorms and patchy areas of cloud cover much of
Western Australia and western parts of South Australia, and are associated with
a broad area of low pressure.

Patchy low level cloud covers coastal parts of southern Victoria and Tasmania
due to a moist onshore air stream. Remainder of the country remains mostly
clear.
