Cold, speckled cloud which brought showers and wintry conditions to the
south-east of the country is continuing to move out into the Tasman Sea. In its
wake is a large area of low cloud across the Bight.

A middle to high level cloud band is developing over southern WA ahead of a cold
front to the west of the country.

The rest of Australia remains mainly cloud free, apart from some low cloud
across parts of the tropics.
