Ex-Tropical Cyclone Owen is located over the Coral Sea with a few thunderstorms
near it's centre. Low cloud is being driven onto the central and southern coasts
of Queensland in an associated moist onshore flow.

A low level trough along the NSW north coast combined with onshore winds is
developing some low cloud along the New South Wales coastal areas.

Elsewhere a low pressure system with associated trough extends over the Great
Australian Bight and southern parts of South Australia driving an extensive
middle level cloud band across the region. Low cloud is being pushed over
southern coastal parts of Western Australia by the southerly wind flow on the
western flank of this low.

A low level trough onshore winds are causing some low cloud along the New South
Wales and east Victorian coasts.

An active in land trough over the Northern Territory has seen extensive
thunderstorms develop over the northern parts of the NT.
