A cold front near Melbourne has a mass of cloud associated with it.

A middle level cloud band sweeps across central Western Australia to northern
parts of South Australia. This is associated with a jetstream in the upper
levels of the atmosphere.

Patchy low cloud is over southwest WA.

The remainder of the country is mostly clear under the influence of a high
pressure ridge.
