A thunderstorm complex is over the central interior of Western Australia.

Cloud over southern WA is streaming over the Bight, Victoria and Tasmania
towards the south of New Zealand. This cloud is being generated by the cold
front lying west of Tasmania together with a strong upper trough just west of
WA.

Areas of low cloud are over the New South Wales and southeast Queensland coasts
from a moist onshore airstream.

Thunderstorm activity continues over the tropical north of the country.
