IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for 0000UTC Chart 25 February 2017 Issued at 12:07 pm EDT Saturday on 25 February 2017 The subtropical ridge is keeping southern and central Australia largely cloud free. There is just some patchy low cloud over the coastal parts of South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania in a cool southeasterly airstream. A trough is moving up the New South Wales coast, producing some low cloud along the coast and also out over the Tasman Sea. Isolated thunderstorms are visible over norther WA, Top End and Gulf of Carpentaria.
