A surface trough extends across Western Australia and South Australia, linking
up with a cold front over Tasmania. Associated low to middle level cloud is
affecting mainly the southeast parts of the country.

Another cold front can be seen to the west of Tasmania.

The remainder of the country is relatively cloud free due high pressure ridges.
