A surface trough and associated upper level trough are generating a cloud band
that extends from central Queensland through New South Wales and northeastern
Victoria to out over the Tasman Sea.

A surface trough and low pressure centre are producing patchy middle level cloud
and isolated thunderstorms over the Bight, with the cloud extending into South
Australia and southern Western Australia.

A low pressure system to Tasmania's southeast is directing patchy low and middle
level cloud across the State in a cool airstream.
