Low level convergence is generating isolated thunderstorms along the
northeastern NSW coastline and adjacent ranges.

A middle to high level cloud band with embedded thunderstorms over northern
parts of WA and the interior of the NT is associated with an upper level
disturbance.

A broad area of high pressure is keeping the rest of the country mostly cloud
free, apart from some patchy low level cloud through southeastern SA,
southwestern VIC and western TAS in association with an onshore airflow.
