A cold front over the eastern Bight, with its associated cloud band over
southeast SA, VIC and TAS. While, a trough triggering showers and thunderstorms
over central-east WA extending over southern NT.

Another cold front and its associated cloud band is approaching southwest of WA.

Onshore flow of moist oceanic air is producing some low cloud and showers in
northern QLD.

The rest of Australia is predominantly free of cloud due to the subtropical
ridge of high pressure over southern Australia.
