IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for the 0000UTC chart on 5 September 2015 Issued at 11:30 am EST Saturday on 05 September 2015 A high over southeastern Australia is extending an onshore flow over Tasmania, Victoria and is generating low level cloud in the vicinity with patchy low cloud also visible along the New South Wales coast and southeast Queensland coast. A cold front has moved off the coast of Tasmania. Associated middle level cloud is visible over Tasman sea. A middle level cloud band associated with an upper trough is moving over southwest Western Australia. Remaining parts of the country are mostly clear due to the high extending a ridge over central Australia.
