A low pressure system and its associated trough and cold front are crossing
South Australia. A extensive band of middle and high level cloud extends from
northern Western Australia, through SA, and into the Bight. Colder air behind
the front is producing patchy middle level cloud over central and southern WA.
Higher level cloud streaming ahead of the front is pushing into New South Wales
and Victoria.

Another cold front is moving across the Tasman Sea and areas of speckled cloud
can be seen in the cold air behind the front.

Area of low level cloud are visible along the tropical east coast of Queensland
in a moist onshore flow.
