IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for the 0000UTC chart on 19 April 2015 Issued at 12:17 pm EST Sunday on 19 April 2015 A broad area of middle and high level cloud, associated with a rain band, lies over southern Queensland and northeast New South Wales. The remains of the cloud that fed the moisture for this system is over central Western Australia. Cloud from a vigorous cold front can be seen stretching from north of Canberra to east of Tasmania. "Speckled" cloud due to cold air lies west of Tasmania. Cloud from thunderstorm activity is over the northern Gulf of Carpentaria and northeast Arnhem Land.
