Areas of low cloud can be seen near southeast South Australia, Tasmania,
Victoria and southwest NSW under a ridge of high pressure.

Middle to high level cloud streaming across the eastern parts of Queensland is
associated with weakening upper level trough and a jetstream.

Thunderstorms are evident near a broad area of low pressure over the northern
and central parts of Western Australia.

An onshore surface flow has brought low cloud to the southwest coast of WA.
Middle to high level cloud triggered by an upper trough over the Indian Ocean
can be streaming across the northwest of the continent.
