Cloud and thunderstorm activity over the central and southeastern parts of
Western Australia is associated with Ex-Tropical Cyclone 'Kelvin'.

Middle level cloud ahead of an upper trough, can be seen stretching across the
southern parts of South Australia and to the west of Tasmania.

A surface trough extends from the central parts of Western Australia through the
southern parts of the Northern Territory to central Queensland. A moist and
unstable airmass is causing isolated thunderstorms over eastern parts of
Queensland and over the Top End.
