IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for the 0000UTC chart on 03 July 2015 Issued at 12:32 pm EST Friday on 03 July 2015 Areas of mostly middle and high level cloud, associated with a weakening trough, can be seen over parts of southern WA extending across the Great Australian Bight to southeast SA and western Victoria. Patchy low cloud remains about parts of Tasmania and about coastal areas of Victoria due to the southerly airflow. The remainder of Australia is mostly cloud free. Ex-Tropical Cyclone "Raquel" remains slow moving near the Solomon Islands and is continuing to generate broad areas of convective cloud.
