IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for 1200UTC Saturday 11 December 2016 Issued at 11:43 pm EDT Sunday on 11 December 2016 Middle level cloud and thunderstorms are visible about the far northern parts of NT and to the east of a trough through the central part of the country to central NSW. Cloud and thunderstorms associated with a deep trough covers the western half of WA. Cloud over the southern Indian Ocean, extending to the west coast of WA, is due to an upper level trough. A high pressure ridge is keeping the remainder of the continent mainly cloud free.
