Extensive cloud with thunderstorm activity affects eastern and northern
Queensland, northern New South Wales and the Coral Sea. This is due to a surface
low pressure trough off the Queensland coast combining with an upper disturbance
to the west.

A cloud band and isolated thunderstorms over southwest WA wraps around a low
pressure system south of WA. Middle level cloud ahead of this system can be seen
sweeping over the southeastern parts of WA and the Great Australian Bight.

Areas of low cloud over the northern Kimberley region and the northern parts of
Northern Territory otherwise mostly clear conditions elsewhere.
