The middle to upper level cloud band moving across eastern New South Wales and
into the Tasman Sea is associated with a middle level disturbance.

A surface trough is causing cloud and isolated thunderstorms over southwest WA.

A cold front can be seen to the south of the Great Australian Bight with
associated cloud band affecting the southeast parts of the country.

The cloud band further west of WA is associated with a low pressure system.

In the east, a high pressure system over New South Wales is directing a moist
onshore airflow over the northeast coast of Australia, producing areas of patchy
low cloud.

The rest of the country is mostly clear due to a ridge of high pressure.
