A cold front over the Tasman Sea links to a complex low pressure system.
Extensive cloud is visible in the vicinity of this system with embedded
thunderstorms. Cloud wrapping around the main western low is being driven up
over southeast NSW and East Gippsland.

High level jet stream cloud stretches from the Indian Ocean over the centre of
the continent.

A cold front near Adelaide has a significant area of cold air behind it. Another
active front is southwest of Western Australia.

The north of Australia is mostly clear.
