A cold front moving through eastern Victoria and NSW has a mass of cloud
associated with it.

A middle level cloud band extends across central Western Australia to northern
parts of South Australia. This is associated with a jetstream in the upper
levels of the atmosphere.

Patchy low cloud can be seen over Tasmania and along the coastal parts of the
continent.

The remainder of the country is mostly clear under the influence of a high
pressure ridge.
