IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for the 1800UTC Chart on 29 June 2016 Issued at 6:03 am EST Thursday on 30 June 2016 A cold front and associated cloud band with isolated thunderstorms is crossing the far southwest of South Australia, with areas of middle level cloud covering Victoria, southern New South Wales and Tasmania. A second cloud band directly behind this front is associated with another cold front that is also approaching the southeast. More middle level cloud is extending across central Western Australia due to a developing trough. The rest of the country remains clear due to the large high pressure system centred over eastern New South Wales.
