IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for the 0000UTC chart on 21 December 2014 Issued at 12:02 pm EDT Sunday on 21 December 2014 Cloud associated with seasonal shower and thunderstorm activity is evident over the north of the country. A cloud band stretches from the Kimberley WA to the Great Australian Bight, wrapping around a low pressure system over the Nullabor. This band extends to south of Tasmania, associated with a cold front. Areas of low cloud along the east coast and adjacent inland are from a moist onshore airstream.
