A cold front is moving across the eastern Tasman Sea. Showers in the wake of the front continue off the NSW coast.
Areas of low cloud are visible over the southeast of South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania, capped by the high pressure system centred near the South Australia - Victoria border.
A weak cloud band associated with a cold front that stretches down to the Southern Ocean is bringing light showers to the southwest of WA.
A ridge of high pressure stretches across the remainder of the continent resulting in clear skies.
