An extensive cloud band, associated with a middle level disturbance, is moving
across the Bight with high level cloud streaming ahead of this system to the
southeast of Australia.

High level cloud from another upper level disturbance over the Indian Ocean is
streaming towards the southwest of WA.

A high pressure system near western New South Wales is directing a moist onshore
airflow to east coast of the continent, producing areas of patchy low cloud.

The rest of the country is mostly clear due to the high pressure system.
