Embedded thunderstorms can be seen in the middle and high level cloud near the front. The cold air behind the front is the "speckled" cloud south of the Bight. Low cloud is over parts of inland NSW and Victoria in the wake of the previous cold front. Some middle level cloud is across the centre of the continent.
