IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for 0000UTC Chart Issued at 11:36 am EST Sunday on 11 April 2021 Tropical Cyclone 'Seroja' is approaching the western WA coast. A large band of middle to high level cloud is streaming across southern parts of the WA from the cyclone's outflow. A trough stretching from northern WA through the Top End to eastern Qld has some convective cloud associated with it. A significant cold front is crossing the Tasman Sea with a band of middle level cloud and areas of low level cloud. A large area of cellular cold cloud lies to the west of this front with isolated thunderstorm activity. A large area of low cloud is moving over southern parts of the country with strong onshore flow.
