Issued at 5:00 am EDT Saturday on 29 October 2016

Isolated showers and reminant cloud from recent thunderstorms over far northeast
New South Wales and southeast Queensland is associated with an active surface
trough. The isolated thunderstorm activity has developed offshore adjacent to
this region.

Patchy middle level cloud through central WA is streaming down from a tropical
low over the Indian Ocean and extends across the Pilbara, Gascoyne and Interior
districts of Western Australia then through the Lasseter District of NT and far
northwest SA.

Elsewhere the country is relatively cloud free with a ridge of high pressure
extending over southeast Australia.
