IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for the 1200UTC chart on 03 July 2015 Issued at 12:10 am EST Saturday on 04 July 2015 Areas of mostly middle and high level cloud associated with an upper level jet stream, can be seen over Victoria and the southeast parts of SA. The cloud band over southwest Tasmania is associated with a cold front. Low cloud can be seen along the east coast in a southerly airstream. The remainder of Australia is cloud free due to a high pressure system centred over the central parts of New South Wales. Ex-Tropical Cyclone "Raquel" remains slow moving near the Solomon Islands and is generating broad areas of convective cloud.
