IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for the 1200UTC chart on 29 November 2015 Issued at 12:56 am EDT Monday on 30 November 2015 Thunderstorms are occuring over the northern interior of Western Australia, the Northern Territory and through north Queensland to southeast Queensland and the northeast of NSW. This activity is the result of a humid unstable airmass combined with a broad low pressure trough aligned through these areas. Thunderstorms are also visible in the vicinity of a low pressure system over the Bight and an area off the southern coast of NSW. Elsewhere, some patchy low cloud is evident over eastern Victoria and Tasmania while a cold front is visible to the south of Western Australia.
