Some areas of high cloud remain over the western Tasman Sea from a large system that developed from the northwest.
A cloud band extends from the Indian Ocean west of the Kimberley, WA towards South Australia. This is due to an upper trough. A frontal cloud band lies west of this over southern WA.
Some high cloud is moving over the Northern Territory Top End.
