IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for the 0600UTC Chart on 01 July 2016 Issued at 5:10 pm EST Friday on 01 July 2016 A cold front with a broad area of thunderstorms lies over the Tasman Sea. Patchy low cloud can be seen behind the front over Victoria and aross the ranges in NSW. Middle level cloud extends over the Interior and the Pilbara districts of Western Australia and this is due to an upper level trough. Onshore winds are resulting in patchy cloud about the North Tropical Coast of Queensland. Patchy low level cloud is also visible along the coast of South Australia due to an onshore wind flow. The rest of the country remains clear under a high pressure ridge.
