Isolated convective clouds are evident over northern half of Western Australia,
Northern Territory, Gulf of Carpentaria and east Victoria, these clouds cover a
more broad area over Queensland and northeast New South Wales resulting in
thunderstorm activity in a complex, broad low pressure area. 

Middle level cloud extends from QLD over NSW and east Victoria ahead of an upper
level trough.

A cold front lies just west of Tasmania. A broad cloud band ahead of this cold
front can be seen over Tasmania, extending over southeast SA and west Victoria.

Another cold front has moved off the coast of Victoria.
