Ex-Tropical Cyclone Debbie is located over the Central Highlands and Coalfields
district and is tracking slowly southwards. Widespread cloud with areas of rain
and isolated thunderstorms continue to affect central districts of Queensland.
High level cloud is streaming away from this system over southern Queensland.

An active trough is producing extensive areas of cloud across the north and
northwest of the country, with isolated thunderstorms in the SA/WA/NT border
region with a weak low located off the Kimberley coast of WA. Low cloud is
affecting southern WA in a southerly airstream.

A line of thunderstorms north of Darwin is moving rapidly northwestward.

A strong cold front moving across the Bight stretches from the WA/SA border to
the southwest coast of Tasmania.
