A complex low pressure system with a cold front is moving across the southern
parts of Western Australia. Thunderstorms are occurring near the low and also
along a pre-frontal trough stretching from southeast WA into the Bight. Low
cloud with scattered showers is affecting the southwest land division of WA
behind the front.

A mid-level cloud band caused by an upper trough is bring rain to southern South
Australia. High cloud is streaming across the southeast parts of the country
ahead of an upper level trough.

The remainder of the country is generally clear.
