Research Interests:

 My research activities are related to climate change and its impact on regional scale. I am interested in both dynamical approaches, using atmospheric modeling, statistical methods and combining those two approaches.  Past research areas include time-slice experiments for climate change studies, developing diagnostics applied to climate impacts, studying the role of  land-surface processes.  I am currently working on the development of a statistical method to downscale global climate model outputs for both climate change and seasonal forecasting applications. An other field of interest is marine weather and in particular the new possibility offered by mesoscale modeling.
