GALE WARNING

Please be aware, wind gusts can be a further 40 percent stronger than the
averages given here, and maximum waves may be up to twice the height.

SITUATION
At 0600 UTC Tropical Low was centred within 30 nautical miles of
 latitude nine decimal four south (9.4S)
 longitude one hundred and two decimal five east (102.5E)
Recent movement : south at 6 knots
Maximum winds   : 35 knots
Central pressure: 1000 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 60 nautical miles in SE quadrant
  and within 70 nautical miles in SW quadrant
  and within 40 nautical miles in NW quadrant.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 35 knots near the centre increasing to 40 knots by 1800 UTC 01
December.

Winds above 34 knots within 70 nautical miles of centre in southwest quadrant
and within 40 nautical miles in northwest quadrant; extending to 60 nautical
miles in southeast quadrant from 1800 UTC 01 December. Winds easing below 34
knots in northwest quadrant by 0000 UTC 02 December. Rough to very rough seas
and low to moderate swell.
