Cooler season for western half of VictoriaThe temperature outlook for the February to April period shows that below average maximum temperatures are favoured over the western half of Victoria. The pattern of seasonal temperature odds across the State is mostly due to higher than average temperatures the Pacific Ocean (because of El Niño).
