Average 9am and 3pm relative humidity maps

Relative humidity (RH) is defined as the amount of moisture in the air as a percentage of the amount of moisture present if the air was saturated at that temperature. The amount of moisture in warm saturated air is greater than cool saturated air, which means that for a given amount of atmospheric moisture, RH will be lower if the air is warm than it would be if the air is cool. This can be seen by comparing the average 9am maps (higher RH values) with the average 3pm maps (lower RH values) for any month of the year.
