Service Level Agreement

Payments via online methods may take 72 hours to be received and could take longer over weekends and public holidays. Your request will only be processed once full payment has been received.

Category 1 and 2 requests

Standard data requests are generally processed within 5 working days of receipt of payment, but may take up to 10 days during periods of high demand.

Urgent requests with priority processing

If a request is urgent, priority processing may be available but will incur a standard additional charge. Please contact us to arrange an updated quote as availability cannot always be guaranteed. Jobs costing less than $400 will incur an additional $172 urgency fee. For jobs in excess of $400, the fee is 40% of the total cost of the job. Urgent requests will be processed as soon as possible after payment has been received (Note: Payment via online methods may take up to 72 hours).

Certified Copy (Standard)

Certified Copies (certified data for use as a legal document/evidence in a court proceeding) are usually supplied within 10 to 15 working days after payment has been received.

Certified Copy (Urgent)

Urgent Certified Copies are usually supplied on an agreed date or within 5 working days of payment (inclusive of the additional urgency fee) being received. Please contact us to discuss any urgent processing requests.

Changes to Quote

On occasion, due to circumstances beyond our control, it may be necessary to amend the quote details. This is often related to datasets with missing or invalid data. If this occurs, we will contact you before proceeding.
