Observations were drawn from Butlers Gorge {station 096003}.

An automatic weather station (AWS) was opened at Butlers Gorge in May 2008, quite close to the site which had operated up to 1993. However, no comparison between the old and new sites has yet be done, so the climate averages from the old site should be treated with caution.
