Source of data

Observations were drawn from Wudinna Aero {station 018083}.

The closest cloud observations are taken at Kyancutta, 15 kilometres to the southeast. These should give a good guide to cloud amount at Wudinna in most situations. Daily evaporation from Gum View, approximately 50 kilometres to the south will give a guide to evaporation in most cases. Evaporation is affected by cloud, temperature and wind strength during the day. No current daily sunshine values are available but see the climate maps for average values.
