Source of data

Observations were drawn from Edinburgh RAAF {station 023083}.

Roseworthy, about 20 kilometres to the north will generally give a good indication of evaporation. The closest site reporting cloud and sunshine is Adelaide, about 20 kilometres to the south. These observations will give a guide to conditions at Edinburgh in most situations. Sunshine is dependent on cloud cover and evaporation is affected by cloud, relative humidity, temperature and wind strength during the day.
