Observations were drawn from Cocos Island Airport {station 200284}.
The Cocos Island time zone is 6.5 hours ahead of UTC, i.e. 1.5 hours behind WST. However, the standard observation times are at 30 minutes past the hour. So, for example, the "9am" observations are made at 0930 Local Standard Time (0300UTC).
