Annual, monthly and seasonal rainfall percentiles

The map below shows all the Bureau of Meteorology rainfall observing stations for the period 1900 to 2005. The data from these observing stations were used to generate gridded datasets, and the percentile maps were then derived from these grids. It is important to note that not all these stations were available for the entire period (1900 to 2005) of observation.
